Roomba robot
« on: January 20, 2013, 11:20:33 AM »
I have previously built a 3 wheeled robot using the OPIC microcontroller. I am not planning more interesting projects with my Arduino. I have any older Roomba that we have replaced with a newer model. I just discovered that it was built with an interface plug in it that will allow me to connect my Arduino to it and control the motors with the arduino, as well as read the sensors.

This will basically allow me to use my roomba as a mobile base for my robot, and the arduino for the brain so I can reprogram it as i see fit to make it do new things, as I see fit....
